Yankee Home is hiring an experienced Licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our growing team in Chicopee, Massachusetts!

• Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems
• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective, code-compliant solutions
• Work on water heaters, fixtures, piping, drains, and more
• Present and sell recommended solutions/upgrades to homeowners
• Deliver top-notch service and communicate clearly with customers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site

• Active Massachusetts or Connecticut Journeyman Plumber license (required)
• Proven experience in residential plumbing
• Comfortable with consultative, sales-based service (commission opportunity!)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude

• $45–$50/hour base pay PLUS commission on sales
