Responsibilities
- Transport clients safely from their residences or to desired locations upon approval from insurance.
- Assist the helper/monitor with loading/unloading the client using a wheelchair or stretcher.
- Help the client from door to door.
- Maintain communication with the office, the helper/monitor, and clients.
- Assist with carrying up/down stairs when required.
- Sign in/out day‑surgery clients from the clinic when requested.
- A valid driver’s license and at least one year of driving experience.
- Valid work permit.
- Excellent navigation skills and proficiency in using navigation applications.
- Time‑management and organizational skills to keep track of schedules.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and office.
- Physical stamina and good upper‑body strength to lift and push clients; ability to carry 100 lbs or more.
