THIS ISN’T YOUR AVERAGE TOWING JOB. AND WE’RE NOT LOOKING FOR YOUR AVERAGE DRIVER.

When a commercial truck breaks down... When a tractor-trailer needs to be moved... When a heavy vehicle needs roadside assistance... When the job requires something bigger than an ordinary tow truck... That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for an experienced Heavy-Duty Tow Driver who can safely operate Heavy-Duty Wreckers, Rollbacks, and Recovery Vehicles over 26,000 lbs. GVWR while working closely with our Dispatch team.

This role takes more than a CDL. It takes judgment, communication, mechanical awareness, professionalism, and the ability to stay calm when the job gets complicated.

If you know heavy-duty towing, we want to talk.

Your Experience Has Value. YOUR PAY SHOULD REFLECT IT. $25–$35/HOUR Based On Experience PLUS BONUS INCENTIVE EARNING POTENTIAL UP TO $120,000/YEAR

You’ve put in the miles. You’ve learned the equipment. You know how to handle heavy trucks safely. Put That Experience To Work. BIG EQUIPMENT. BIG RESPONSIBILITY.

Depending On The Call, You May Operate Heavy-Duty Wreckers, Rollbacks, Recovery Vehicles, Heavy Commercial Vehicles, Towing & Recovery Equipment. This is equipment with a GVWR over 26,000 lbs. That means every move matters. Every inspection matters. Every securement matters. Every decision matters.

What You’ll Do
  • TOW IT. TRANSPORT IT. HANDLE IT RIGHT.
  • Provide heavy-duty towing and roadside assistance safely, professionally, and on time
  • Complete scheduled heavy-duty towing, transport, deliveries, and pickups
  • Operate heavy-duty wreckers, rollbacks, and recovery vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Respond to Dispatch and communicate throughout each assignment
  • Perform complete DOT pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date driver logs and trip sheets
  • Complete and submit required dispatch and administrative paperwork on time
  • Generate and submit proper delivery and recovery documentation through Tow Book
  • Navigate using maps and GPS, plan routes, and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Follow all applicable DOT regulations, traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures
  • Follow proper accident procedures when required
  • Protect and maintain company trucks, equipment, merchandise, and other assets
  • Keep your assigned truck clean, professional, and road-ready
  • Wash and maintain your truck during available downtime
  • Immediately report mechanical problems or equipment concerns to management
  • Properly handle hazardous and non-hazardous materials when required
  • Handle customer concerns calmly, professionally, and respectfully
  • Take on additional assignments as operational needs require
  • Dispatch has your back. You need to have theirs. Heavy-duty towing is a team operation. The driver is on the road. Dispatch is coordinating the move. Management is supporting the operation. And communication keeps everything moving.
  • Answer the call
  • Confirm the assignment
  • Communicate delays
  • Report problems
  • Keep documentation accurate
  • Close out the job correctly

GOOD COMMUNICATION = BETTER OPERATIONS. NO SHORTCUTS WITH HEAVY EQUIPMENT. A truck over 26,000 lbs. doesn’t care if you’re in a hurry. Neither does physics. That’s why we expect our drivers to do things the right way. Inspect the truck. Check the equipment. Plan the route. Follow the regulations.…
