As an Administrative Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and delivering exceptional customer service. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and customer service-oriented tasks, including:

• Providing call center support and handling incoming inquiries
• Assisting with bookkeeping and collections activities
• Performing data entry and file management duties
• Offering administrative support to our Human Resources and Sales teams
• Utilizing Microsoft Office suite to create reports and presentations
• Serving as the friendly voice on our switchboard and directing calls appropriately

To be successful in this position, you should possess a diverse skill set, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for providing top-notch customer service. Relevant experience in administrative, customer service, or generalist roles is preferred, and proficiency with Microsoft Office is a must.
