The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute “start to finish” tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store-specific measurements.
• Complete cycle counts, signage hanging, and assemble merchandise and fixtures.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Ask to add value.
• Ensure the customer has a distinguished shopping experience.
• Provide peak coverage as required (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Prior retail or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+, possess a valid driver’s license, and be able to read, write, and count accurately.

• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to resolve issues ethically.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks independently.

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise; shifts generally no less than 4 hours, possibly exceeding 8 hours.
• Travel between store locations in personal vehicle required.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and work on hard surfaces with adequate lighting and temperature.

• Travel as needed; push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 lbs with equipment; lift/reach overhead; stand, kneel, bend, climb ladders.
• Operate store equipment; handle merchandise up to 50 lbs; communicate effectively.
• Operate vehicles; perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
