Hedrick Family Care in Chillicothe, MO is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our tight‑knit, patient‑centered team. PRN, as needed

• Provide professional nursing care for clinic patients following established standards and practices.
• Screen walk‑in patients.
• Conduct telephone screening with protocols.
• Educate patients on medication/injection.
• Assist with procedures.
• Clean wounds, perform dressing changes.
• Suctioning, catheter insertion, tracheostomy care, biopsies, diabetic nail care.
• Perform other duties as assigned by respective clinic.
• Work in a team atmosphere and independently.
• Maintain excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor at all times.
• Delegate tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel (UAP) in accordance with demonstrated competencies and scope of practice.
• Cover Medical Assistant job duties as needed.

• Active LPN license in the state of Missouri.
• Less than 1 year applicable experience.
• Basic Life Support (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• Licensed Practical Nurse – Various Associate Degree (where applicable).
