Licensed Practical Nurse- PRN

Hedrick Family Care in Chillicothe, MO is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our tight‑knit, patient‑centered team. Shift: PRN, as needed

• Provide professional nursing care for clinic patients following established standards and practices
• Screen walk‑in patients and conduct telephone screening (with protocols)
• Educate patients on medication and injection use
• Assist with procedures, clean wounds, change dressings, suction, catheter insertion, tracheostomy care, biopsies, and diabetic nail care
• Perform other duties assigned by the clinic
• Work autonomously and as part of a team with excellent customer‑service skills and a professional demeanor at all times
• Delegate tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel (UAP) following demonstrated competencies and scope of practice
• Cover medical‑assistant job duties as needed

• Active LPN license in the state of Missouri
• Basic Life Support certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
• Associate degree in nursing or related field
• Less than 1 year of applicable experience
