Certified Nursing Assistant - Per Diem positions provide patient care in long-term care settings on flexible 8-hour shifts. You will support daily living activities, collaborate with healthcare teams, and maintain accurate documentation. The role offers competitive pay and benefits for dedicated caregivers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care and assist with daily living activities in a long-term care setting.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to meet patient needs effectively.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and observations.
- Execute infection control policies to ensure a safe environment.
- Support patient mobility and comfort during shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- MO Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- CPR certification.
- At least one year of CNA experience.
- Experience working on 8-hour shifts.
- Flexibility with shift times, including evenings and nights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills:
- First Aid certification
- LTC experience
