Armed Security Officer, Part Time- Hedrick Memorial Hospital

Job Description Hedrick Medical Center is seeking a Security Officer to join our team. You will be required to know all aspects of security, including patrolling, approved security responses, and reporting incidents/issues according to department procedures.

Shift: Saturday 8:00am-8:00pm, 4 hours float of a total of 16 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

Assists employees patients and visitors with parking needs controlling entrances and exits to parking lots Patrols hospital campus and reports safety security issues according to department procedures

Provides personal escorts and other routine security services to employees patients and visitors

Requirements:

Must be 21 years old Valid Driver's License Private Officer Commission
- Training provided

Armed Private Officer Training
- Training provided

Less than 1 year Armed Private Officer
- Various, Basic Life Support
- American Heart Association or Red Cross, Driver's License
- Various, Private Officer Commission
