Maintenance Mechanic

Mauser Packaging Solutions seeks a Maintenance Mechanic to support our Manufacturing operations within the Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management team. In this hands-on role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on high-speed packaging and process equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production. You'll collaborate closely with operations and engineering, follow strict safety and quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement in a performance-driven, sustainability-focused environment with strong opportunities for growth and skill development.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and packaging equipment to maximize uptime
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and perform timely repairs
• Assist with equipment installations, changeovers, and upgrades to support production goals
• Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures, including lockout/tagout and 5
• S practices
• Document maintenance work in CMMS and communicate equipment status with operations and engineering teams
• Participate in continuous improvement, reliability, and root cause analysis initiatives
