What You’ll Do
  • Coach clients in job readiness, professional skills, and workplace success.
  • Assist with job placement, training, and long‑term employment support.
  • Build partnerships with employers and community agencies.
  • Develop individualized employment plans and track outcomes in Therap.
  • Travel daily using your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
What You Bring
  • High school diploma or GED (required).
  • Valid driver’s license (Class E MO or Class C KS), auto insurance, clean driving record, and personal vehicle (required).
  • Compassionate communication, strong organization, person‑centered mindset.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and complete CPR/First Aid (training provided).
  • Prior caregiving, education, or human services experience and employment is preferred.
The Role at a Glance
  • Schedule: Full‑time or part‑time; flexible hours coordinated with families and individuals.
  • Training: Paid two‑week onboarding, Monday‑Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. (required).

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum age 18.
  • Two forms of  (driver’s license or state , social security card, birth certificate, U.S. passport, etc.).
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Ability to read and document on behaviors, understand and implement person‑supported training plans, and assist individuals with personal hygiene activities (e.g., tooth brushing, bathing, showering, shaving, dressing).
  • Ability to pass training courses such as medication administration, adult first aid, adult CPR, and abuse and neglect.
  • Reliable transportation; motor vehicle record check required for some positions. Auto insurance coverage may be required.
  • Must be reachable by telephone.
  • Criminal background check will be conducted.
Preferred Qualifications for Full‑time Staff
  • Non‑smoker.
  • Current, valid driver’s license; ability to obtain a chauffeur license if needed.
