Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Customer Integration Manager to orchestrate a seamless customer onboarding experience by combining strong project management with exceptional customer service. This role plays a critical part in establishing long-term customer partnerships through structured, effective implementation processes, with a strong focus on Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) service integration.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement tailored onboarding roadmaps with clear milestones and timelines.
- Serve as the communication bridge between customers and internal stakeholders throughout the integration process.
- Mobilize and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive onboarding experience.
- Lead project kick‑off meetings to align expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks or roadblocks, and implement solutions to keep onboarding initiatives on track.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of onboarding processes, customer requirements, VMI configurations, and inventory specifications.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer to the account management team upon completion of the onboarding process.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.
- A customer-focused professional with experience in the fastener, automotive, who combines project management discipline with strong relationship-building skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical information.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- Three to five years of experience in customer‑facing project management, onboarding, implementation, or account management roles.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail and process discipline.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, project management tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of fasteners and fastener distribution is required.
- Experience with Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) systems and services is highly desirable.
- Experience supporting distribution, manufacturing, or assembly environments is highly preferred.
