Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Integration Manager to orchestrate a seamless customer onboarding experience by combining strong project management with exceptional customer service. This role plays a critical part in establishing long-term customer partnerships through structured, effective implementation processes, with a strong focus on Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) service integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement tailored onboarding roadmaps with clear milestones and timelines.
  • Serve as the communication bridge between customers and internal stakeholders throughout the integration process.
  • Mobilize and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive onboarding experience.
  • Lead project kick‑off meetings to align expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks or roadblocks, and implement solutions to keep onboarding initiatives on track.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of onboarding processes, customer requirements, VMI configurations, and inventory specifications.
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer to the account management team upon completion of the onboarding process.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Three to five years of experience in customer‑facing project management, onboarding, implementation, or account management roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • High attention to detail and process discipline.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, project management tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of fasteners and fastener distribution is required.
  • Experience with Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) systems and services is highly desirable.
  • Experience supporting distribution, manufacturing, or assembly environments is highly preferred.
