Responsiblefordailysupervisionandfunctioningofoneconstructionprojectand/oronecrewona construction project.
Must be willing to travel to Indiana/Ohio/Kentucky/Pennsylvania

• Field verifying location and nature of work being performed by putting eyes on the project.
• Confirmqualityofworkbeingdoneandquantitydoneattheend ofeach day.
• Responsibleformaintainingacceptableperformancestandardsandmetricsofcrewworkingon project.
• Maintaincontractschedule.
• Responsibleforalladministrativefunctionsnecessarytodocumentworkincludingbutnot limited to ordering and tracking of supplies, billing, hours, safety documents, etc.
• Ensuresafetypracticesandproceduresarebeingfollowedatalltimes.
• Perform other related work as assigned using available resources to achieve established goals.

• High School Diploma
• Must have 2-3 years of splicing experience
• Havetheabilitytocompleteassignmentswithnosupervisionandself-directdailyactivities
• Organizedandmotivatedtoprovideprojectsupportasdirected
• Conscientiousprofessionalwhohasapleasantphonemannerandexcellentorganizational skills
• 1-3yearspreviousConstructionexperienceinthefield
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products ,specifically
  
  Word,Exceland Outlook
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
