Adena Health System is seeking a full-time Adult Psychiatrist to join an established practice with two Adult Psychiatrist and one child Psychiatrist. The practice is located 5 minutes from the Hospital's Main Campus. The group provides outpatient services to one facility. We have a psychiatry residency program and physicians will have the opportunity to work with residents and medical students throughout the year.
The ideal physician would be someone who is seeking a compassionate and patient-centered practice.

Position Details:
- Full-time, Monday-Friday (8am-5pm). Physicians may work four-10 hour days.
- 100% Outpatient
- Physicians see an average of 17 patients per day.
- New patients are scheduled 40-60 mins, established 20 mins.
- Open to 1 day of telemedicine.
- No inpatient or on-call responsibilities after hours.
- Certified Nurse Practitioners in practice.
- Referrals from Primary care practices.
- Board Certification or Eligibility required through ABMS.

Qualifications:
- Expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health disorders.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to build rapport with patients and deliver compassionate care.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work with diverse patient populations.
- Strong documentation skills and familiarity with Electronic Medical Records.
- Ability to effectively manage patient caseloads while maintaining high standards of care.
The outpatient counseling center is located in Chillicothe, Ohio, 45 minutes from Columbus. Physicians may live in Columbus or Chillicothe.
