Adjunct Instructor of Mathematics Beginning Fall Semester 2026 (POOL POSTING)

Ohio University's Regional Campuses are located in the following cities in the State of Ohio:
Chillicothe, Eastern (St. Clairsville, OH), Lancaster, Southern (Ironton, OH), and Zanesville. We are accepting applicants for potential adjunct faculty openings in Mathematics at Chillicothe beginning Fall semester 2026. The need for these positions is undetermined at this time and is dependent on operational needs including enrollment and staffing. If a need arises, the department will select candidates from this posting.

Job Description
- Ohio University Regional Campuses are seeking part-time instructors to teach a variety of in-person Mathematics courses at the undergraduate level at the Chillicothe campus. Preference will be given to applicants who can teach the following:

• MATH
  1200 College Algebra
• MATH
  1300 Pre-Calculus
• MATH
  1350:
  Survey of Calculus

Minimum Qualifications
- Master's degree in Mathematics or related area; experience teaching undergraduate Mathematics.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience teaching Mathematics courses considered equivalent under the State of Ohio's OT36 transfer system; demonstrated teaching excellence at the undergraduate level.
