Ohio University’s Regional Campuses are located in the following cities in the State of Ohio:
Chillicothe, Eastern (St. Clairsville, OH), Lancaster, Southern (Ironton, OH), and Zanesville.

Ohio University Regional Campuses are seeking part-time instructors to teach online asynchronous courses at the undergraduate level in Organizational Studies (ORG).

The exact number of Instructors needed is undetermined at this time as it is primarily dependent upon enrollments and changing programmatic needs. When a need arises, the department will select qualified candidates from this pool.

This course explores the advantages and disadvantages of collaboration particularly in the workplace. It examines the elements that comprise effective collaborations and encourages students to recognize their strengths and weaknesses in a given situation.

Position will include teaching from 3 credit hours to up to 11 credit hours per term.

• Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership, Management, Communication, Higher Education, or related field
• Leadership position experience in an organization or business

• Doctoral degree in leadership, management, communication, higher education, or related field
• College-level teaching experience
• Online teaching experience
