We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). DSPs provide hands‑on support to individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities, helping them live independently and thrive in their communities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist individuals with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, etc.)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Support community involvement and social activities
- Administer medication (if certified)
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment
