Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location in Chillicothe, OH.
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Ohio Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- Home Health experience required: minimum 12 months of Home Health experience within the past 3 years (client-specific requirement).
- Experience with HCHB (Home Care Home Base) electronic medical record required (client-specific requirement).
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Ability to meet productivity expectations: client requires approximately 30 productivity points per week and availability for a 40 hours/week caseload (client-specific requirement).
- Reliable transportation to cover the assigned territory, which includes Pickaway, Fayette, Hocking, Highland, and Ross counties (client-specific requirement).
- Preferred: prior Home Health RN or interdisciplinary collaboration experience.

Chillicothe, OH, offers access to regional parks and local cultural sites within short drives. The city is near Adena Mansion and Gardens, approximately 5 miles from downtown Chillicothe, and lies roughly 35 miles southeast of Columbus, providing regional transit access and urban amenities. Chillicothe is within 30 minutes to Rockbridge State Nature Preserve and about 45 minutes to Shawnee State Forest, supporting outdoor and adventurous lifestyles.
The area features historic districts, local museums, and community events, offering a suburban and small-city environment with access to riverfront activities along the Scioto River and regional shopping and dining within a 30–40 minute commute to larger commercial centers.
