Occupational Therapist - Travel

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location in Chillicothe, OH.

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Ohio Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• Home Health experience required: minimum 12 months of Home Health experience within the past 3 years (client-specific requirement).
• Experience with HCHB (Home Care Home Base) electronic medical record required (client-specific requirement).
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Ability to meet productivity expectations: client requires approximately 30 productivity points per week and availability for a 40 hours/week caseload (client-specific requirement).
• Reliable transportation to cover the assigned territory, which includes Pickaway, Fayette, Hocking, Highland, and Ross counties (client-specific requirement).
• Preferred: prior Home Health RN or interdisciplinary collaboration experience.
