Starting pay is approximately $58,000 based on location.
What You’ll Do- As a member of a sex offender team, is responsible for sex offender interventions for a caseload of assigned offenders
- Completes screenings and assessments
- Conducts group & sex offender interventions as prescribed on the individual in-program assessment using evidence based correctional program intervention strategies within their scope of practice and as directed by supervision
- Writes reports and maintains necessary data documents to satisfy requirements of federal, state and local agencies
- Enters documentation in electronic health record of all inmate encounters and contacts
- Completes miscellaneous forms and reports as needed per policy and protocol
- Completes transfer and discharge summaries
- Consults with other institution staff regarding the sex offender caseload, inmate's institutional adjustment and service needs
- Attends meetings of sex offender program supervision
- Attends in-service training and workshops for professional development
