Hopewell Grove is seeking a Medical Records / Central Supply Coordinator to help maintain accurate resident records while ensuring nursing staff have the supplies they need to provide excellent care. This position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a healthcare environment and supporting both clinical and administrative operations.

Medical Records

• Maintain accurate resident medical records

• Organize and file clinical documentation

• Ensure records are complete and up to date

• Process physician orders and medical documentation

• Assist with record requests and audits

• Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

• Coordinate documentation with nursing and other departments

• Support timely completion of required records

Central Supply

• Maintain adequate inventory of medical supplies

• Order supplies as needed

• Receive and organize supply deliveries

• Distribute supplies to nursing units and departments

• Monitor inventory levels and prevent shortages

• Keep supply areas clean, organized, and secure

• Track supply usage and assist with cost control

• Ensure supplies are stored appropriately

• Previous healthcare, medical records, or supply experience preferred

• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities

• Professional communication and customer service skills

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality

• Dependable and able to work independently

• Experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting is a plus
