Clinical Psychologist Adena Health | Chillicothe, Ohio Full-Time | Employed Position

Adena Health is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our growing, collaborative behavioral health team in Chillicothe, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for a psychologist who values high-quality clinical care, strong interdisciplinary support, and meaningful community impact.

The Clinical Psychologist will focus on direct patient care, providing both psychotherapy and psychological testing/assessment. You will typically see 30–45 therapy patients per week in a supportive outpatient setting that prioritizes thoughtful care over volume.

You’ll work alongside a dedicated behavioral health team that includes:

• 4 Physicians
• 3 Nurse Practitioners
• 4 Psychologists
• 5 Psychotherapists
• 3 Psychiatry Residents

Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM OR 4 10-hour days (which weekday off is negotiable)
Setting: Outpatient clinic in the Adena Counseling Center
EMR: Epic

This role is a full-time employed position within the multispecialty Adena Medical Group, offering a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits.

Base Salary: $130,000
Sign-on Bonus: $30,000 (up to $50,000 based on experience)
Relocation Assistance: $15,000
CME Allowance: $2,000 annually
