Buckeye Hospice and Palliative Care Services is seeking a Medical Social Worker to provide psychosocial assessments, plan of care development, and ongoing counseling for patients and families in our hospice program.
The role requires an OH-licensed social worker with MSW (or BSW with MSW supervision) and strong communication skills. Field/home visits are expected, with Monday–Friday scheduling and participation in IDG/QAPI meetings.
