Looking for a full time position and to be a part of a dedicated team? We are currently seeking a qualified, highly motivated customer Service professional to fill immediate available position. The successful candidate will have great communication skills, a professional and relaxed demeanor, and a strong ability to multi-task.
This position works the hours of Midnight to 8 am.

• Greet and welcome customers
• Answer customer questions in person and on phone
• Make and cancel reservation for guests
• Screen and direct incoming calls and emails
• Record and relay messages
• Run reports and complete spreadsheets
• Close the day and start the new day ensuring all reports are accurate
• Preform Night Audit and daily back up
• File paperwork
• Maintain inventory and restock supplies for guest amenities and The Market
• Breakfast Set-Up
• Maintain a clean reception area

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer knowledge
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multi-task
• Be a Team player

Persons applying for this opportunity must have 2-3 years minimum experience in hotel within the hospitality industry. Candidates must be flexible and willing to work weekends and holidays.
