ASAP Requirements

• Previous recruiting, home health, healthcare, sales, or customer service experience REQUIRED
• At least 1 yr of Healthcare or Home Health recruiting experience is a plus
• Strong communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple candidates at different stages of the hiring process
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and Microsoft Office preferred
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework is a plus

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and interview healthcare professionals for Home Health opportunities
• Recruit Home Health Aides (HHAs), Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), STNAs/CNAs, and other Home Health professionals
• Source candidates through Indeed, job boards, referrals, social media, recruiting databases, networking, and community outreach
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified Home Health candidates
• Guide candidates through the hiring, onboarding, and credentialing process
• Follow up consistently with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process
• Maintain accurate and timely candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Build relationships with candidates to improve engagement and retention
• Partner with Home Health leadership to understand current and upcoming staffing needs
• Prioritize recruiting efforts based on client needs, open cases, and service areas
• Assist with re-engaging previous applicants and inactive healthcare professionals
• Meet recruiting goals while providing a positive and professional candidate experience
• Participate in hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach opportunities as needed

Job Description Wise Home Care is seeking an energetic, organized, and relationship-focused Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in Chillicothe, Ohio. As a Healthcare Recruiter focused on Home Health, you will play an important role in identifying and hiring compassionate healthcare professionals to provide care and support to individuals in their homes. You'll recruit Home Health Aides, Personal Care Assistants, STNAs/CNAs, LPNs, RNs, and other healthcare professionals while guiding candidates through the recruiting, onboarding, and credentialing process.
