Manager of Information Security – ARMC (Days) FT Position Highlights
- Position: Manager of Information Security
- Salary: Based on YOE

- Reports to: Mark Early
Oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing management of the Information Security Program that protects the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the health system's information assets. Lead a team of Information Security professionals, partner closely with clinical and operational leaders, and ensure compliance with healthcare-specific regulatory requirements such as HIPAA, HITECH, and industry best practices.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Preferred:
Master's degree - CISSP qualified. Preferred: CISM, HCISPP, PMP, ITIL Foundation, or other equivalent certifications
- 5+ years progressive information security experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Healthcare or other regulated industry experience preferred
- Deep understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements, including HIPAA, HITECH, and PCI-DSS
- Knowledge of NIST CSF
- Strong knowledge of general IT including operating systems, computer networking, and software development concepts
- Strong knowledge of security technologies such as EDR, SIEM, IAM, firewalls, cloud security, encryption, and network security
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business-relevant language
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed
