Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and expedite orders based on customer urgency or management direction.
• Collaborate with procurement, inventory, and supply chain teams to resolve backorder issues.
• Communicate with suppliers, logistics, and internal departments to accelerate order processing and delivery
• Maintain accurate order records and update ERP as needed.

Knowledge and

Skills:

• PC skills including Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated proactivity initiative through work and school related activities.
• Interest or background in technology or commercial matters is preferred.

Education and Certification(s):

Be studying in the penultimate quarter or semester of the degree on International Business or Business Administration

Additional Information:

• This is a paid internship.
• Work schedule is hybrid schedule some days in-office, some days WFH (20 hrs. per week)
• Must be available for seasonal work from August 2025-February 2026.
• Selected candidate must provide their own housing, internet access and transportation.
• Selected candidate should reside in Guadalajara for the summer to accommodate the hybrid schedule.
• Relocation is not offered for this role.
• Sponsorship is not offered for this role.
