Backroom Associate - Sam's Club

Maintains and processes shipments for the Club by developing and posting delivery schedules and compiling receiving reports;
Verifies merchandise counts and routes merchandise to proper locations;
Pays expenses and handles receiving documentation;
Receives merchandise for the facility and organizes the Receiving area following procedures;
Tracks and processes claims including returning damaged goods and maintaining the clearance area;
Maintains facility safety by following safety standards and conducting safety sweeps, forklift procedures, and hazardous materials handling;
Complies with policies and ethics guidelines and executes business processes with integrity;
Completes work assignments by prioritizing tasks, coordinating with managers and coworkers, and communicating progress;
Collaborates with managers and partners to identify opportunities for improvement and adapt to change;
Delivers customer service by supporting members and ensuring inventory accuracy and availability.
