Custodial Services Technician

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and Neural Sync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.

The role. Keep a world-class facility clean and safe: offices, common areas, locker rooms, and controlled-entry industrial spaces.

What you’ll do:

• Perform scheduled cleaning across campus buildings
• Maintain locker rooms, breakrooms, and offices
• Handle waste and recycling streams
• Follow site safety and access procedures
• Report building issues observed on rounds

What you’ll bring:

• Custodial or janitorial experience preferred, not required (training provided)
• Reliability and attention to detail
• Able to work on your feet and lift 30 lb
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Full training provided — no prior industry experience required.

Pay range: $38,000 – $48,000 per year
