Groundskeeper, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and Neural Sync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.
The role.Maintain the campus grounds year-round: mowing, snow and ice, fencing, and exterior upkeep of a large industrial site.
What you’ll do:- Perform grounds maintenance and seasonal snow/ice removal
- Operate mowers, plows, and utility vehicles
- Maintain fencing, signage, and exterior lighting basics
- Support event and tour readiness
- Assist the Grounds & Building Services Lead
- Grounds, landscaping, or general labor experience
- Equipment operation experience valued
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Full training provided — no prior industry experience required.
Pay range:$45,000 – $58,000 per year
