Residential Operations Manager
A Great Opportunity / $56,500 per year / Full Time / On Call Required / Manages Fairfield and Ross County

Responsibilities- Management of the overall system of supports and services provided to individuals served.
- Personnel management and coordination of service delivery.
- Ensure individuals service teams are operating and communicating effectively.
- Financial oversight of program.
- Four-year degree in social services or a related field with four years of I/O Waiver experience
- Degree can be waived for 8 years of experience in I/O Waiver Services
- A minimum of 3 years supervisory/management experience.
- Excellent decision-making, time management and communication skills
- Valid Driver s License that meets Company Authorized Driver Criteria
- Full personal Automobile insurance coverage
- Paid training.
