We are seeking a passionate, experienced, Operations Manager in Corrections. As an Alvis Operations Manager, you will supervise and coordinate activities of direct reports (e.g., Community Reentry Specialists, Shift Leads) in the facility. Employees in this position will demonstrate leadership skills to ensure building management, operational efficiency, safety and security, consistent client engagement, and compliance with corrections/community corrections best practices. Oversee the delivery of quality services in accordance with the mission and goals of the agency and corresponding with agency/governing body policies, procedures, and contracts.

Education:

• Associate's degree (Education and/or experience in human services or related field) is required. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

Experience:

• One Year of experience in a supervisory capacity (education and/or experience in human services or related field).
