cTrace Solutions is seeking a LPN in Chillicothe, Ohio. This role offers competitive pay, weekly compensation, and Sign on bonus

Location:

Chillicothe, OH

Compensation: $30 per hour (DOE) plus $200 Sign‑On Bonus

Schedule:

2 pm‑10 pm / Sun/Mon or Tue/Wed off, but must be available any day of the week as the schedule can change depending on the needs of the facility.

Will work weekends/holidays if schedule lands on a weekend or holiday.

• Provide skilled practical nursing care within Ohio scope of practice, including medication administration, treatments, vital signs, wound care, and enteral feedings under direction of RN/Physician.
• Monitor, document, and report patient conditions; implement physician orders and respond appropriately to emergencies, including CPR and AED use.
• Maintain accurate medical records, medication administration logs (including controlled substances), infection control documentation, and required regulatory reports.
• Assist RNs and physicians with procedures; provide patient education and support during medical appointments and follow‑up care.
• Maintain organized medical work areas, manage supplies and medication inventory, and provide guidance to direct care staff in delivering general nursing care.
