Nurse Practitioner - Urology

Job Description

Adena Health is seeking a full‑time Advanced Practice Provider—Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant—to join the Adena Urology Clinic. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced team environment, enjoy continuous learning and skill development, and be comfortable with occasional high‑acuity or surgical patients with urgent needs.

Travel between four locations—Chillicothe, Greenfield, Washington Court House, and Waverly—is required.

As a Urology APP, you will focus on direct patient care, providing outpatient and inpatient services. You will see an average of 16 patients per day and work in close collaboration with physician partners. Services include catheter placement, insertion & removal, and voiding trials. Onboarding includes a 4–6 month mentorship and training period.

• New graduates are welcome; prior experience in urology preferred

• Sign‑on bonus: $10,000 (up to $30,000 based on experience)
