Staff Nurse (RN) – Float Pool

Position:
Registered Nurse (RN) – Float Pool;

Location:

Chillicothe, Pike, Fayette, Greenfield;

Work Schedule:

Full Time (3 shifts/week, Night Shift 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, every third weekend required);
Pay:
Hourly based on years of experience and education;
Patient Ratios: 1:3-4 for PCU, 1:5-6 for Med Surg.

The Staff Nurse provides professional nursing care by applying nursing skills and processes to develop, implement, and evaluate patient plan of care, working collaboratively with the care team, physicians, patients and families to achieve optimal outcomes. The individual works under direct supervision of the Nurse Manager and indirect supervision of the Director of Nursing, maintains confidentiality of patient information, and makes independent clinical decisions in collaboration with the team.
