The Clinical Team Leader, RN provides team leader responsibilities for the clinic. This position ensures compliance with regulatory, accreditation standards and Adena Health System policies and procedures. The incumbent provides direction for the clinical staff and participates in the workload as needed within his/her professional scope. The incumbent may also provide direction to clerical staff as needed. Decisions are made independently and/or in collaboration with the Manager, Clinic Staff and Operations and/or Director.
This position has access to confidential information and functions under the direction of the Manager, and/or Director.
- Graduate of an accredited program in Nursing - BSN required within 5 years of hire.
- RN - Registered Nurse with Current Ohio License. De‑escalation training within 6 months. Basic Life Support. Experience in a similar capacity 1-2 years preferred. Medical Office experience.
- 1-2 years nursing experience
