  • Salary:
    Hourly rate based on years of nursing experience/education
  • Work Life Balance:

    Variable shifts – one 12‑hour shift 8:30 am to 9 pm each week, then one week 8‑hour shift, and the next week two 8‑hour shifts. The 8‑hour shifts rotate between 6 am–2:30 pm, 6:30 am–3 pm, and 8 am–4:30 pm. NO CALL, WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS.

What You’ll Do

The Staff Nurse, RN provides professional nursing care through the application of nursing skills and processes to develop, implement, and evaluate the patient’s plan of care while creating an atmosphere that supports our vision:

The Staff Nurse, RN as the primary caregiver provides direct patient care and works collaboratively with other care team members, the physician, and the patient/family to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The incumbent has access to confidential patient information and makes decisions independently and in collaboration with others. The Staff Nurse, RN works under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager and under the indirect supervision of the Director of Nursing.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Graduate of an Accredited Program in Nursing.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; BSN required within 5 years effective 9/1/2022 for all new hires.
