• Position: Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Shift: Night Shift

• Schedule: Three (3) 12‑hour shifts per week

• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

• Location: Hopewell Grove – Chillicothe, Ohio

• Registered Nurses (RN):
  Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and long‑term care setting.

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.

• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Support residents, families, and fellow team members with professionalism and compassion.

• Current Ohio RN or LPN license in good standing.

• Long‑term care experience preferred, but not required.

• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
