  Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg - Renal
• Salary:
  Hourly rate based on years of nursing experience/education
• Work Life Balance:
  
  Part Time (2 shifts/week), Day Shift (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM) - Every third weekend required
• Patient Ratio: 1:5-6
• Location/Department:
  Chillicothe - 3A

The Staff Nurse, RN provides professional nursing care through the application of nursing skills and processes to develop, implement, and evaluate patient’s plan of care; while creating an atmosphere that supports our vision:
To be our regions’ most trusted partner in healthcare. The Staff Nurse, RN as the primary caregiver provides direct patient care and works collaboratively with other care team members, the physician and the patient/family to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The incumbent has access to confidential patient information and makes decisions independently and in collaboration with others. The Staff Nurse, RN works under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager and under the indirect supervision of the Director of Nursing.

Graduate of an Accredited Program

Major/Area Of Concentration:
Nursing effective 9/1/2022 for all New Hires BSN required within 5 years of hire. 338B requires BSN

Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
