Registered Nurse (RN) – Observation Unit - Salary:
Hourly rate based on years of nursing experience/education - Work Life Balance:
Full Time (3 shifts/week), Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) – Every third weekend required - Patient Ratio: 1:5-6

The Staff Nurse, RN provides professional nursing care through the application of nursing skills and processes to develop, implement, and evaluate patients’ plans of care; while creating an atmosphere that supports our vision of becoming the region’s most trusted partner in healthcare. The Staff Nurse, RN serves as the primary caregiver, delivering direct patient care and collaborating with the care team, physicians, and patients/families to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
The incumbent has access to confidential patient information and makes decisions independently and in collaboration with others. The Staff Nurse, RN works under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager and indirect supervision of the Director of Nursing.
Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program; BSN required within 5 years of hire.
Preferred EducationBachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
