• Position: Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Shift: Day Shift

• Schedule: Three (3) 12-hour shifts per week

• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

• Location: Hopewell Grove – Chillicothe, Ohio

• Registered Nurses (RN):
  Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.

• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as prescribed.

• Assess residents and communicate changes in condition to physicians and the interdisciplinary team.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Collaborate with nursing assistants, therapists, and other team members to deliver exceptional resident-centered care.

• Support residents and families with compassion, professionalism, and respect.

• Current Ohio RN or LPN license in good standing.

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.

• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
