Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full Time Day Shift

Location:

Chillicothe, OH – Skilled Nursing/Assisted Living community.

• Ohio Nursing Licensure in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school
• 1-2 years nursing experience preferred

• Supervise, provide and direct nursing care in compliance with facility policies and procedures.
• Assign nursing assistants and ensure efficient completion of their assignments.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Document resident information timely, accurately and confidentially.
• Adhere to Resident Rights documentation guidelines.
• Adhere to all Safety & Compliance policies and procedures.
