Adena Home Health is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in Ohio.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, with a collaborative clinical team while maintaining the independence to build meaningful relationships with patients and families.
Requirements include an active LPN license for Ohio, a minimum of 1 year of acute care LPN experience (2 years preferred), and home health experience is preferred.
