American Traveler is hiring an RN Case Manager with an active OH or compact license and 3+ years of acute care case management experience for a day-shift position with no weekends, holidays, or call.

• Acute Medical and Surgical patient population
• Typical caseload of 20 patients per day
• Days shift, Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4pm
• No call, no holidays, and no weekends required
• 13-week assignment

• Active RN license (Ohio or Compact)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 3 years of Acute Care Case Management experience required

• Responsible for assessing discharge needs, social determinants of health, and discharge planning/referrals
• Must reside outside a 60-mile radius of the facility
