Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse

Chillicothe, OH | Acute Care

Contract | Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Weekdays, every other weekend, and holidays

• Provide nursing care on a Level 2 Labor & Delivery unit serving patients at 32 weeks gestation and above
• Triage obstetric patients and assess acuity upon arrival
• Circulate cesarean sections in collaboration with the surgical team
• Manage labor and delivery collaboratively with physicians and midwives
• Complete patient recovery following both vaginal and cesarean deliveries

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required

• 5 or more years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• Previous travel nursing experience
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system

• Opportunity to work in a dynamic Level 2 Labor & Delivery setting with a collaborative care team
