Hopewell Grove is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated LPN or RN to join our nursing team on night shift
. If you take pride in providing quality resident care, supporting your team, and creating a positive experience for our residents, we would love to have you join us!

• LPN: $7,500 Sign-On Bonus

• RN: $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to our residents

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately

• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation

• Collaborate with STNAs, nurses, physicians, and other members of the care team

• Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and independence

• Respond to resident needs throughout the night and provide appropriate clinical interventions

• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations

• Current Ohio LPN or RN license

• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Compassionate approach to resident care

• Dependable and accountable work ethic

• Ability to work independently while being a supportive team member
