Registered Nurse - Mother Infant Care Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Nights, 3x12s,

The Registered Nurse will provide care in the Mother Infant Care unit, focusing on postpartum couplet care, gynecological surgery patients, and low-risk antepartum patients. The role includes performing assessments, IV skills, blood draws, and foley insertion/management/removal. Additionally, the nurse will conduct newborn assessments, blood draws, 24-hour testing, hearing screenings, glucose management, and Eat, Sleep, Console assessments.

• Care for postpartum patients and their infants in a couplet care environment.
• Administer IV medications and conduct blood draws.
• Manage and perform foley catheter insertions and removals.
• Perform newborn assessments and screening tests.
• Conduct glucose management and Eat, Sleep, Console assessments for newborns.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mother Infant Nurse.
• EPIC experience preferred.
• Previous travel experience is a plus.
