• Make customers feel welcome and valued by assisting them with product inquiries and recommendations.
• Become knowledgeable about our products to answer questions and suggest items effectively.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store objectives and provide excellent service.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and customer requests, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage customers by offering product samples and highlighting promotions.
• Ensure customers receive the right products in the appropriate portion sizes.
• Promote and recommend coffee shop items to enhance the customer experience.
• Utilize kitchen and coffee equipment properly, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
• Monitor product quality, including checking expiration dates and managing inventory.
• Adhere to safety and food handling regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Notify management of any equipment issues or safety hazards immediately.
• Handle conflicts and customer complaints skillfully to maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Provide support to all customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and the elderly.
• Complete all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Minimum: Excellent customer service skills.

Desired: Previous experience in a comparable role.
