• Skilled in soldering, pipe threading, fixture installation, gas‑leak testing, and repairs.
• Strong communication skills and comfortable using iPad‑based software.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, sit, and lift for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working at various heights, climbing ladders, and using scaffolding with proper safety gear.
• Capable of working in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold, wind) while wearing required PPE.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Must wear required PPE, including but not limited to: hard hat, safety glasses, ear protection, masks/respirators, hi‑vis safety vests, gloves, and safety‑toe construction boots.
