• $0.64-$0.69 per mile*
• Detention pay: $20-$25per hour after the first hour
• Drop and hook pay: $35per stop
• Live load/unload: $65per stop
• Live lifts pay: $20 if longer than 1 hour
• Layover pay: $20per hour up to 5 hours
• Refrigerated: $30per load
• Crosstown moves: $25-$60per load
• Reefer crosstown/empty moves: $30per load
• Empty move: $15per load
• Mechanical breakdown: $20per hour up to 5 hours
• Rail delays: $20per hour after the first hour
• Truck order not used: $20
• Yard work: $20per hour
• Chassis flips: $20per hour
• Spotting work: $5per move
• Recovery event: $25per hour
• Safety training and mandatory meeting pay: $22per hour
• Weekly home time
