CDL-A Truck Driver Earn $102‑$106K Getting Home Weekends (Full Time)
Dedicated Account driver. Earn $102‑$106K annually with weekly pay of $1,980‑$2,040. Starting mileage pay is $1.39 per mile. Quarterly safe‑delivery bonus of $10 per stop, totaling about $600‑$800. Sign‑on bonus of $2,500 paid over ten months. Truck home‑owner allowed with secure parking. Riders and pets allowed after training. All trucks are automatic and newer models (Freightliner or International).
Driving region:
Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Maryland, New York, Vermont.
Guarantee of $1,400 per week for the first 60 days ($280 per day). Driver receives the greater of guarantee or mileage pay. Mileage pay increases by $0.01 per mile every six months to a cap of $1.43 per mile.

Orientation & TrainingOrientation in St. Louis followed by 3–5 days of on‑account training with a mentor.
ResponsibilitiesDrivers will train on the account for 4–5 days and earn $280 per day.
Requirements- At least 6 months of Class A driving experience in the last 3 years.
- No more than 9 jobs in the last 3 years.
- No failed or refused DOT drug tests, including SAP program completion.
- No terminations from your last driving job.
- Clean driving record:
- Maximum of 2 moving violations in the last 12 months (or 3 in the last 36 months).
- Maximum of 2 seat belt violations in the last 24 months.
- No speeding violations over 11‑14 mph above the limit in the last 12 months.
- No pending violations.
- No more than 2 out of service violations in the last year.
- No serious offenses in the last 3 years (e.g., leaving the scene of an accident, fatal accidents).
- No DOT recordable preventable accidents in the last 12 months.
- No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 12 months, and no more than 4 accidents (preventable or non‑preventable) in the same period.
- All DOT‑recordable preventable accidents in the last 3 years must have an accident report.
- No felonies in the last 5 years.
